Launch Website Service Terms

A five-page website built, reviewed and launched by Boostly, based on a creative concept you approve.

The total price is $2,500.

• $1,250 start payment — paid before active production begins.
• $1,250 final payment — paid after your final approval and before production launch and final handoff.

Active production begins when the project is Ready to Start: your start payment has been received and the setup information, assets and access we need from you are complete. The five-business-day active-production target is measured from that point, not from the date you ordered.

Business details, services, locations, contact details, brand assets where you have them, the content and claims you want used, and any access needed for your domain or lead destination. You confirm that the material you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use it.

If we are waiting on information, assets, access or a decision from you, the active delivery clock pauses for that period and restarts when we have what we need.

You approve a creative concept before implementation. That approved concept is the basis for the build.

The project includes one consolidated revision round.

Included in that round: corrections, copy fixes, image swaps and polish within the approved scope and the approved creative concept.

Not included, and quoted separately as new scope: an additional page, an additional revision round, a new feature, a new integration, or replacing the approved creative direction with a different one.

Production launch happens after you explicitly approve the finished site. We do not launch on your behalf without that approval.

Production launch and final handoff take place after the final balance is paid.

For 30 days after approved production launch, we fix technical implementation faults in what we built at no charge — broken links, broken forms, layout faults and similar defects in our implementation. The warranty does not cover new content, new scope, changes you or a third party make afterwards, or third-party service outages.

Where you ask us to work with your domain, we make only the changes needed for your website, using access you authorise. Your domain remains yours.

You provide or approve the text, images, claims and business information used on the site, and you confirm they are truthful and that you are allowed to publish them.

Your website content, brand assets, domain and business data are yours. Boostly keeps ownership of the reusable internal systems, frameworks, components and methods used to produce the work.

These terms are provided by Boostly24, trading online as boostly24.ai. Payments are handled by our verified payment provider and appear on your statement under Boostly branding.
