Privacy Notice

What data Boostly handles, why, who processes it and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Version 1.0

Effective from August 20, 2026.

This notice explains what information Boostly handles when you use our services, and why. It describes what the live Boostly platform actually does.

Account data

Your name, email address and the details of your Boostly account, including sign-in activity needed to keep the account secure.

Business profile data

Information about your business: services, locations, contact details, opening information you supply, brand assets and the business facts you approve for use in your website, Growth system or AI Employee.

Project data

Files, briefs, scope, content, drafts, approvals, revision notes and messages related to your project or service.

Your customers' and leads' data

Where you use a Boostly website, Growth system or AI Employee, contact details and enquiries from your own customers are collected and stored so the service can respond to them, follow up and report on them. This data belongs to your business; Boostly processes it so the service can run for you.

AI conversation data

Messages exchanged with an AI Employee, contact details a visitor provides, and operational metadata such as timing, the role that answered, whether a handoff happened and how much of the conversation allowance was used.

Usage and technical data

Logs and technical records needed to operate the platform, investigate faults, meter usage and protect against abuse.

Payment data

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Boostly does not store your full card details. We keep the order, the amount, the status and the provider's reference so we can support and reconcile your account.

Why we handle this data

  • To deliver the products and projects you ordered.
  • To operate Growth, AI Employee and Automation services for your business.
  • To support you and answer your requests.
  • To bill correctly and keep proper records.
  • To keep the platform secure and working.
  • To improve our products, using operational information about how the platform performs.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' contact data for our own marketing.

Providers we use

Boostly relies on a small number of providers to operate:

  • Cloud hosting and database infrastructure, which stores the platform's data.
  • A payment provider, which processes payments.
  • An email provider, which sends service and project email.
  • An AI provider, which generates AI Employee and assistant responses.

They process data so the service can function, and only for that purpose.

If you use Growth or AI Employees

You are responsible for having the authority to give us your customers' or contacts' information and to use Boostly to contact them. You decide what business knowledge the AI Employee is allowed to use.

Keeping data

We keep project, order and billing records for as long as we need them to deliver the service and to meet accounting obligations. Operational and conversation records are kept while the service is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so history and reporting stay intact. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@boostly24.ai and we will handle the request and tell you if anything must legally be retained.
