Boostly Service Terms
The general terms that apply whenever you use Boostly24 services or your Boostly account.
Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Version 1.0
Effective from August 20, 2026.
1. Accepting these Terms
These Terms apply when you create a Boostly account, order a Boostly product, or use any Boostly service. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do that for the business.
Some products have their own additional terms — Launch Website Terms, Recurring Services Terms, and the accepted proposal for a Custom Build. Where a product-specific document covers something these Terms also cover, the product-specific document applies to that product.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your Boostly account and for anyone you allow to use it. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
3. Accurate information
We build and operate services using the information you give us. You are responsible for making sure the business information, content, claims, pricing, availability and contact details you supply are accurate and that you are allowed to use them. We do not verify your business facts on your behalf.
4. Your content and assets
You keep ownership of the content, images, text, brand assets and business data you provide. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of delivering and operating the services you ordered.
5. Using Boostly services
You may use Boostly services for your own business. You may not resell, copy or repackage the Boostly platform itself. Use of AI Employees, Automations and Growth communication is also covered by our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Payment
Prices are shown before you order and are charged as set out in the applicable product terms — a one-time project price, a one-time setup fee, a recurring monthly charge, or the payment milestones in an accepted Custom Build proposal. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Where a payment is due before a stage of work begins or before a handoff, that stage does not proceed until the payment is received.
7. Prohibited misuse
You must not use Boostly services to break the law, send unsolicited or unauthorised messages, impersonate someone, upload harmful code, attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, or gain access to data that is not yours.
8. Third-party providers
Boostly runs on third-party infrastructure — hosting, a payment provider, an email provider and an AI provider. Those providers process data on our behalf so the service can work. Their availability and behaviour are outside our direct control.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the platform available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider incidents and third-party outages can affect availability.
10. Changes to the services
We improve the platform over time. We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces something you are paying for, we will tell you and discuss the options with you before it applies to your service.
11. Communications
We contact you by email and inside your Boostly portal about your orders, projects, services and support requests. These are service messages, not marketing, and they are part of using Boostly.
12. Boostly intellectual property
Boostly keeps ownership of its platform, systems, engines, templates, internal frameworks, workflows, prompts and methodologies, including improvements made while working on your project. Delivering work to you does not transfer those underlying systems.
13. What you own
When the work you ordered has been paid for, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you — for example your website content and design output, your business data, your domain and your account assets. Where a Custom Build proposal states different ownership terms, that proposal governs that project.
14. Suspension or ending a service
We may suspend or end a service if payment for it is not made, if the Acceptable Use Policy is broken, or if continuing would be unlawful. Where the situation can reasonably be fixed, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using Boostly at any time; recurring services follow the Recurring Services Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
15. What we do not promise
We deliver the work and operate the services described in your product. We do not promise business results — leads, sales, revenue, rankings, reviews, conversion rates or growth. Automated systems, including AI, can be wrong or incomplete; they support your business, they do not replace your judgement.
16. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have that cannot legally be removed.
17. Custom Builds
Custom Builds are scoped individually. The accepted proposal, scope version, deliverables, payment milestones and change orders are the commercial truth for that project, and they take priority over general product descriptions for that project.
