Services

Four weather moments on one roofline.

Each service sits at a point on the storm line — before the weather, during it, after the damage, and when the line has to be rebuilt.

01 · Clear

Roof Inspection

Before the sky changes.

A clear-weather inspection is the cheapest look at your roof you will ever get. We walk the planes, check flashing, penetrations, sealant and decking movement, then tell you plainly what we found and what can wait.

  • Full roof plane walk
  • Flashing and penetrations
  • Written findings, no pressure

02 · Storm

Storm Damage Assessment

The line moves through.

Hail and straight-line wind rarely announce themselves from the ground. After a storm passes over your address we assess the roof for bruising, granule loss, lifted courses and displaced flashing, and document what we see.

  • Post-storm assessment
  • Documented photo evidence
  • Clear next-step options

03 · Damage

Roof Repair

Where the boundary broke.

Repair is the right answer when the damage is contained. We isolate the failure, match the existing system, and restore the water path — decking, underlayment, courses and edge metal — so the roof works as one surface again.

  • Isolated failure repair
  • Matched to the existing system
  • Water path restored

04 · Restored

Roof Replacement

The line holds again.

When a roof is past repair, replacement is a build, not a swap. Tear-off to deck, deck repair where needed, underlayment, ventilation, edge metal and courses installed in sequence — then a final walk with you before we leave the drive.

  • Tear-off to deck
  • Ventilation and edge metal
  • Final walk-through with you

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the assessment is for. We look at the roof, tell you what we found, and recommend the smallest work that solves it.
