About

We work on the boundary.

The roof is the boundary between a Texas home and changing weather. This site makes that boundary visible.

A roof is one system, so we look at all of it.

Most calls start with one spot — a stain, a missing shingle, a noise after a storm. We look at the whole plane, because the place water enters is rarely the place it shows up inside.

We tell you what we found, show you the photographs, and recommend the smallest work that genuinely solves the problem. If the roof is fine, we say so.

How we work

01

Assessment

We look at the whole roof, not just the reported spot, and record what we find.

02

Findings

You get plain findings with photos — what is failing, what is fine, what can wait.

03

Work

Repair or replacement is scheduled around weather, and the crew works to the same sequence every time.

04

Walk-through

We walk the finished work with you and clear the site before the job is called done.

What we will not do

  • Quote a replacement without assessing the roof.
  • Push work the roof does not need.
  • Give a verbal finding with nothing written down.
  • Promise a timeline the weather will not allow.
