Acceptable Use & Automated Systems Policy

The rules for using Boostly AI Employees, Automations, Growth communication and public endpoints.

Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Version 1.0

Effective from August 20, 2026.

This policy applies to everyone using Boostly services, and especially to AI Employees, Automations, Growth communication and any public endpoint Boostly provides for your business.

You must not

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to contacts you have no permission to contact.
  • Upload or use contact lists you are not authorised to use.
  • Use Boostly for fraud, deception, scams or misrepresenting who you are.
  • Publish or generate unlawful, hateful, harassing or abusive content.
  • Present an AI Employee as a human being if asked directly whether it is one.
  • Instruct an AI Employee to state facts about your business that are untrue.
  • Try to bypass usage allowances, rate limits, approval steps, test-mode protections or security controls.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or probe the platform for weaknesses without permission.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or resell access to it.

Automated systems

Automations and AI Employees act on your behalf. You are responsible for the configuration you approve and the messages that are sent as a result. Where a workflow requires a safe test or an approval before activation, do not attempt to work around it.

If this policy is broken

We may pause or stop the affected capability, and in serious or repeated cases the service. Where the situation can reasonably be fixed we will contact you first.
