You are putting it off because nobody has answered the specific thing you are quietly worried about. So that is what this page is: the worries, answered, before anyone asks you to book anything.

The Answer Wall
Straight answer
I don't know who I should even see.
You do not have to know. Write the problem in your own words on the request form. Someone reads it the same working day and tells you which room fits, or tells you plainly that we are not the right place for it.
Describe it badly. That is fine.
First conversation
A long first appointment with no target to hit. You describe the problem, we work out together whether this is the right room for it.
Follow-up
Reviewing what was agreed, changing it if it is not working, and writing the next step down.
Physiotherapy assessment
Assessment, an explanation of what is happening, and a plan you can actually keep to at home.
Talking therapy session
A fixed hour in a quiet room with the same practitioner each time.
Room one
Dr. Hana Ferris (demo)
General consultations and health reviews
Explains the reasoning out loud, then asks you to say it back so we know it landed.
Room two
Owen Pryce (demo)
Physiotherapy and movement
Hands-on, talks through every test before doing it, gives you three exercises rather than twelve.
Room three
Sade Okonjo (demo)
Talking therapy
Quiet room, same chair, same hour each week. Never runs over into your time.
